Timbaland

Timbaland (born Timothy Z. Mosley on March 10th, 1971) has climbed his way to the top of the hip-hop, R&B and pop rap world as a mega-successful record producer and rapper/songwriter.  Timbaland has collaborated with some of the music industry's top artists such as Justin Timberlake, Ludacris, Missy Elliott, Aaliyah, Björk, Brandy, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, The Pussycat Dolls, OneRepublic and Nelly Furtado.  Aside from his wide variety of acts he produces, Timbaland has also proven to be a force with his partnership with fellow rapper, Magoo, which has resulted in the albums Welcome to Our World in 1997, Indecent Proposal in 2001, and Under Construction Part II in 2003.  As a solo artist, Timbaland has found overwhelming success with his 2007 album, Shock Value, which has spurned the number-one singles, "Give It to Me" (featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake), "The Way I Are" (featuring Keri Hilson and D.O.E.), and "Apologize" (featuring OneRepublic).  Other notable singles off the Shock Value album include "Scream" (featuring Keri Hilson and Nicole Scherzinger) and "Release" (featuring Justin Timberlake).  In 2009, Timbaland continued his successful track record with the release of his third studio album Shock Value II which has produced several hit collaborations such as "Morning After Dark" (featuring Nelly Furtado and SoShy), "Say Something" (featuring Drake), "Carry Out" (featuring Justin Timberlake) and "If We Ever Meet Again" (featuring Katy Perry).
