Pretty Ricky BIO

Pretty-Ricky

Pretty Ricky is a R&B/Hip-Hop group from Miami, Florida which consists of the multi-talented: Diamond Blue "Baby Blue" Smith, Spectacular Blue Smith, Tavion Corey "Slick'Em" Mathis and newcomer Ambition/4 Play (who replaces the recently exited Marcus Ramone "Pleasure" Cooper who had decided to pursue a solo career).  In 2005, Pretty Ricky released their debut album, Bluestars, and immediately found success on the charts with their hits singles "Grind With Me", "Your Body" and "Nothing But A Number".  Pretty Ricky's fanbase exploded when they went on the Scream 4 Tour in 2005 with Bow Wow and Omarian and the 2006 Scream 5 Tour with Ne-Yo and Omarion.  In 2007, Pretty Ricky continued their impressive run of success with the release of their second album, Late Night Special, which reached the number one position on Billboard's Hot 200.  With hit singles on Late Night Special such as "On The Hotline", "Push It Baby" and "Love Like Honey", Pretty Ricky solidified themselves as a true R&B force.   In 2008, the group released the singles "Cuddle Up" (with Butta Creame) and "Knockin Boots 08" from the never released album Eighties Babies.  Fortunately for fans of Pretty Ricky, the group released a self-titled album in late 2009.  With a loyal fan base patiently waiting for the group's next move, Pretty Ricky has shown they will be sticking around for a long time to come.
