Johnny Knoxville BIO

Johnny Knoxville (born March 11th, 1971) is best known for his popular MTV series "Jackass" which featured people performing a variety of ridulous pranks and extremely dangerous stunts sometimes resulting in serious injuries.  The show originally aired from 2000 - 2002 and developed a huge following for Johnny Knoxville and his crazy and uninhibited antics.  The MTV series also spawned the movies Jackass: The Movie in 2002 and Jackass Number Two in 2006.  Johnny Knoxville has also starred in numerous other movies such as Men in Black II (2002) with Will Smith, Walking Tall (2004) with The Rock, and The Dukes of Hazzard (2005) with Seann William Scott and Jessica Simpson.  Johnny Knoxville has never been one to shy away from projects that push the envelope.  In 2005, he starred in The Ringer, a comedy about a man who fixes the Special Olympics by posing as a contestant.  He also has numerous projects in the works including the comedy The Drop-Out (2010) and the much anticipated Jackass 3-D (2010).
