Jackie Chan (born April 7th, 1954) was a successful action star in the Hong Kong film industry for almost two decades with movies such as Drunken Master (1978), Police Story (1985), and Armour of God (1987) before breaking into the North American market with 1995's Rumble in the Bronx.  American audiences were stunned by this never before seen blend of martial arts, comedy and stunts that had become the trademark of a Jackie Chan movie.  Hollywood immediately fell in love with Jackie Chan as he found box-office magic with fellow partner Chris Tucker in 1998's Rush Hour, the 2001 sequel Rush Hour 2, and finally 2007's Rush Hour 3.  Jackie Chan found another successful Hollywood partner with Owen Wilson in Shanghai Noon (2000) and its sequel Shanghai Knights (2003).  Jackie Chan is also a successful pop music artist having released 20 albums since his first in 1984 and has also created the successful cartoon series, "Jackie Chan Adventures".  In 2008, Jackie Chan owned the box-office with hit movies such as The Forbidden Kingdom opposite Jet Li and the voice of Master Monkey in the animated Kung Fu Panda.  Jackie Chan's current films include the drama Shinjuku Incident (2009), the comedy The Spy Next Door (2010), The Karate Kid (2010) and the much-anticipated Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom of Doom (2011).
