Hinder is hard rock band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma formed in 2001 which consists of the five members: Austin Winkler (vocals), Joe 'Blower' Garvey (guitar), Mark King (guitar), Mike Rodden (bass) and Cody Hanson (drums). Many fans have asked the question, What is the definition of Hinder? A dictionary will tell you the following: 1) to be or get in the way of, 2) to obstruct or delay the progress of, or 3) to interfere with action or progress. Ever since their debut album Extreme Behavior in 2005, there has been nothing "in the way of" or "delaying the progress of" this band. Hinder has been rocking the charts ever since the release of their first single "Get Stoned". Their second single, "Lips of an Angel" made it to the top of several music charts. Hinder continued to release a string of hit songs such as "How Long", "Better Than Me", "Homecoming Queen" and "Born to be Wild". Fans of Hinder were rewarded in 2008 with the release of the band's highly anticipated second album, Take It To the Limit, with the first released singles off the album being "Use Me" and "Without You".
