George Clooney (born May 6th, 1961) is one of those talents that only comes around once a generation.  George Clooney starred in several popular TV series such as "The Facts of Life" (1985-1987), "Roseanne" (1988-1991) and "Sisters" (1993-1994) before snagging the life-altering role of Dr. Doug Ross on "ER" in 1994.  While working on ER, George Clooney starred in several big Hollywood movies such as From Dusk Till Dawn (1996), Batman & Robin (1997), and Out of Sight (1998).  George Clooney would eventually leave the top-rated TV series to make movies full-time such as Three Kings (1999), The Perfect Storm (2000), Ocean's Eleven (2001), Good Night, and Good Luck (2005) and his Academy Award winning role as CIA agent Bob Barnes in Syriana (2005).  George Clooney continues to make his mark on Hollywood by involving himself in such critically acclaimed movies such as The Good German (2006) and Michael Clayton (2007).  George Clooney kept his material on the lighter side in 2008 with the period football film Leatherheads with John Krasinski and the Coen Brothers comedy Burn After Reading with Brad Pitt.  In turned out to be a big year for George Clooney in 2009 as he would lend his voice talents for the Wes Anderson directed Fantastic Mr. Fox, employ paranormal powers in The Men Who Stare at Goats and become grounded in the critically-acclaimed Up in the Air.  George Clooney will next be seen in the upcoming thriller The American (2010).
