Chris Tucker (born August 31st, 1972) was a regular on the comedy club circuit in Los Angeles when he received the opportunity to play the role of Johnny Booze in 1994's House Party 3.  Chris Tucker's acting career took off from there.  In 1995, he starred in the movies Friday with Ice Cube and Hughes brothers directed The Dead Presidents.  A couple of year later, Chris Tucker played the wildly charismatic Ruby Rhod in the blockbuster movie The Fifth Element opposite Bruce Willis .  In 1997, Chris Tucker starred in director Brett Ratner's Money Talks and director Quentin Tarantino's award-winning Jackie Brown.  Nothing would be the same once Chris Tucker stepped into the role of Detective James Carter in the 1998 mega-hit Rush Hour.  Alongside his parter in Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker became an international household name.  Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan continued to shatter box office records with their sequels, Rush Hour 2 in 2001 and Rush Hour 3 in 2007.
