Adam Sandler BIO

Adam Sandler (born September 9th, 1966) is one of America's consistent box-office kings with such beloved movies as The Wedding Singer in 1998 to I Now Pronouce You Chuck and Larry in 2007.  Adam Sandler came into theAdam-Sandler limelight back in 1990 with his hillarius Saturday Night Live songs, "Lunch Lady Land" and his legendary "Hanukkah Song" as well as for his unforgettable SNL characters Opera Man and Canteen Boy.  Adam Sandler also found success with his double-platinum selling comedy albums They're All Gonna Laugh at You in 1993 and What the Hell Happened to Me in 1996.  Adam Sandler would be catapulted to iconic status with his early movie success with Billy Madsion (1995), Happy Gilmore (1996) and The Waterboy (1998).  Adam Sandler still continues to pump out hit movies in the comedy genre such as The Longest Yard in 2005 and Click in 2006, but has also found critical acclaim with his roles in more dramatic fare such as in Spanglish (2004) and Reign Over Me (2007).  Adam Sandler continued his assault on the box-office with the hits You Don’t Mess with the Zohan (2008) opposite Emmanuelle Chriqui and Bedtime Stories (2008) opposite Keri Russell.  Having previously found success with collaborative projects with other comedians, Adam Sandler joined forces with funnymen Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill in the ensemble comedy Funny People (2009) and then reunited with Kevin James in the comedy Grown Ups (2010).  Adam Sandler's current projects include the romantic comedies The Zookeeper (2010) and Jack and Jill (2011).
